The veterinarians at Lower Plenty Veterinary Clinic immediately saw that the tiny cat needed urgent medical attention. After being captured and brought to the clinic, it was determined that her leg couldn’t be saved and had to be amputated. Although she was initially afraid of people and constantly trying to escape, Pink showed amazing resilience and started to improve right after the surgery. The team at the clinic was pleasantly surprised by how quickly she began to heal and recover.
At the Lower Plenty Veterinary Clinic, Pink underwent a remarkable transformation. Although she remained timid, she became more comfortable with human touch, even starting to purr when held. The clinic staff were impressed by her improvement, especially considering she only had three legs.
