A pair of individuals attempted to assist a stray kitten in locating a loving home, but their own feline companion had other ideas in mind.

Sorin Popa and his girlfriend from Romania recently moved into their new house with their beloved pets, a cat named Abyzou and a dog named Dante. Shortly after settling in, they began to hear meowing sounds from outside the house.
Curious, they followed the meows to a nearby parked car where they discovered a tiny kitten cowering underneath. The kitten seemed too scared to come out and ran away whenever they tried to approach her. Sorin shared, “She was very frightened and elusive.”
Although a kind neighbor was able to catch the kitten, she was returned to the street the following day. Sorin explained, “They brought her back because their other cat didn’t accept her.”
Determined to help, Sorin and his girlfriend decided to rescue the kitten and find her a loving home. After a challenging hour of coaxing, his girlfriend successfully brought the kitten out from under the car to safety.

Sorin explained, “From the start, Abyzou allowed the kitten to play with her toys and share her food. We ended up keeping her and naming her Shax.” The pair has formed a close bond, with Sorin adding, “They are inseparable best friends, spending their days napping together and playing through the night.”
@2_white_walkers Aby took the kitten under her wing, helping her build courage and teaching her not to fear Dante the dog. Shax eventually warmed up to Dante, even engaging in playful tail-chasing. Now, all three of them snuggle up together in bed, and life has truly been a joy with these furry companions.

Aby has stepped up as the big sister, guiding her young apprentice on the ways of cat life – from eating and playing to catching some Z’s.
Much like herself, the new kitten was also a stray found at a construction site. Dante had taken Aby in as a kitten and together they navigated life. Now, Aby is paying it forward by showering the little one with the same love she once received.
@2_white_walkers Shax has developed a fondness for playing fetch recently. Whenever she retrieves toys for her human, Aby is never far away, observing the fun. When they’re not running around or playfully wrestling, the two of them can be found snuggled up together, all set for a cozy nap.
