Hoomins discovered her wandering the streets.
According to her owner, Monster suddenly appeared from a bush while they were strolling back home after dinner one night.
“Her hair was a tangled mess, she looked so frail, and it was clear she hadn’t eaten in a while.”
As she was totally black and it was dark outside, we couldn’t make out her teeth until she gazed up at us and emitted a strange combination of a howl and a meow.
As soon as I laid eyes on her, I couldn’t help but let out a small gasp and ask, “What’s going on?”.
We made a mutual decision not to abandon her, as she appeared to be in need of help and did not seem like she could make it on her own. Therefore, we took her with us to our home.
“When we brought Monster to the vet, we couldn’t help but chuckle at her unusual appearance. I inquired whether the vet believed Monster was naturally born with her quirky features or if something had caused her unique appearance.”
“The veterinarian reassured me that the way her jaw was formed indicated that this condition was likely present since birth, which is a common occurrence in Persian cat breeds.”
