Taking a Leap of Faith for a Unique Feline: A Heartwarming Update Two Months Later

They Take a Chance on Cat Who No One Wanted Because He's Special, Now 2 Months Later...

Benny the ginger cat faced difficulty in finding a home due to his unique qualities. He resided in a cage at the veterinarian’s office for an extended period, eagerly waiting for a loving family to adopt him. Let’s get acquainted with Benny!

Benny, also known as Benjamin Hugo Noggin, and his siblings were left without a home when their human mom passed away. Benny, who is blind and has hydrocephalus, felt lost and scared after losing his beloved human. While his siblings found new homes with the help of kind-hearted people, Benny was left behind as no one wanted to take him in.

Fortunately, a vet in Northern California took Benny in as a temporary resident, giving him the care and love he needed. Every day, Benny would peer out of his cage, hoping to be chosen by someone who would give him a forever home. When no one came forward, the vet’s office reached out to Milo’s Sanctuary in Burbank, California for assistance.

Upon hearing Benny’s story, Milo’s Sanctuary knew they were the perfect match for him. They immediately stepped in to provide him with a safe and loving environment where he could finally feel at home. Through their care and support, Benny’s world began to brighten up once again.

Milo’s Sanctuary, Inc. believes in giving every cat a new lease on life, which is why they warmly welcomed little Benny into their home. Following his journey from Northern California, Benny is now adjusting to his Lifetime Care Foster home, where he is slowly realizing that he is in a safe and loving environment.

From Milo’s Sanctuary, Inc comes an update on his current condition. After visiting the neurologist, he is receiving various treatments tailored to his needs. This includes subcutaneous fluids since he doesn’t drink from a bowl, periodic blood tests, homeopathic remedies, and a special diet to address his stomach and intestinal sensitivities.

Despite his challenges, he is thriving. His resilience is evident as he has reached the age of 5 without needing any drastic measures or interventions. This speaks volumes about his inner strength and determination.

Thanks to Milo’s Sanctuary, Inc., little Benny has finally found a home where he can thrive! With delicious food and all the love and attention he receives from his human companions, he is constantly purring with happiness.
